I reached out to shoprejuvi.com about my order and waited several days, but nobody really got back to me with anything helpful. I even mentioned it to my sister because I wasn’t sure if I was being impatient, but after trying again and still getting nowhere, it was just frustrating.

Customer service is the biggest reason I’m giving 1 star. If there’s a problem with an order, you shouldn’t be left sitting there guessing what’s going on or feeling like your message doesn’t matter

I felt like this was overpriced for what I got. The quality was just okay, nothing terrible, but I definitely expected more for the money. I probably wouldn’t buy it again, unless the price drops quite a bit.

I didn’t feel great about the safety info provided on the site. It seemed a little too bare-bones, and I found myself clicking around just to find basic details that I feel should’ve been right there, like what’s actually in it and how it’s meant to be used.
Maybe it’s fine for other people, but I’m cautious with stuff like this. If I’m putting something in or on my body, I want to know the small details, not just a short description and a few general claims.

By the end of it, I didn’t feel confident about the purchase at all. I kept second-guessing it, which isn’t a good sign, so I wouldn’t buy it again...

I ended up getting frustrated and gave up before I even found what I needed, which pretty much messed up my plans.

I tried shoprejuvi.com once. I don’t think I’ll be back. The whole experience just didn’t feel worth it to me. I wasn’t happy with my purchase. Maybe other people like it. But for me, it felt like I could’ve spent my money somewhere else

My package arrived looking beat up, and right away it didn’t give me a great feeling.

The box was thin and partly crushed, so the stuff inside had been sliding around because there was barely any padding. Because of that, one corner of the product box was bent, which made the whole thing feel kind of careless.
I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but better packaging would’ve made a big difference. For the price I paid, it was disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve how they pack their items.

I mean, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, so I don’t want this to sound like I’m complaining. My skin is really sensitive, and most of the products were totally fine for me, but one of them did make me a little red. That could just be my skin being difficult, not necessarily the product. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issue. I’d just say be careful and patch test first

I couldn’t figure out what I was actually buying from the product info. Always fun to play a guessing game right before checkout.

I had a frustrating time trying to return this. At first I thought it would be simple, and the process wasn’t the absolute worst, but it still ended up being a headache. The refund also took way longer than I expected, which was really irritating. I guess it got handled eventually, but yeah, not a smooth experience.

I just received the wrong item, and it wasn’t what I picked out when I ordered.

My order ended up taking a lot longer to arrive than I figured it would, and the tracking didn’t really give much of an idea of what was going on. Not the worst thing ever, I guess, but I probably wouldn’t order from here again
